Loosely conceived, the plan is to move to Denmark by 2012. at the bare minimum, I’ll need to:
- learn Danish
- save money
- find a job
- sort out passports and such
- find a place to live
it’s just that simple!
In addition, I’d also like to:
- learn enough about Danish history and culture so I don’t make an ass of myself
- learn enough about Danish current affairs so I can feel like an asset to my community
- learn to cook with ingredients I might find in any local grocery store
- find some pals so we don’t all die of loneliness in the happiest place on earth
surely that can all be accomplished in three years, right?
